Pace Systems Launched the only universal crash tested headrest camera system in the world at the 2012 Security and Policing Exhibition International Exhibition at Farnborough on 1st February 2012

After two years of development and exhaustive rigid crash testing at MIRA in the UK, Pace Systems’ new ‘Sentinel’ headrest camera system is the only system in the world to receive this accreditation.

Les Leek, Pace Systems Managing Director said, “Our new and unique ‘Sentinel’ system has been designed and tested to fit the vast majority of cars and vans manufactured anywhere in the world and no other system has undergone such rigid testing. The precision engineered system passed MIRA’s rigid testing procedures with flying colours and with the current Health and Safety laws in the UK our clients can now feel completely reassured that our system is the only one that has been tested to these limits. The development and subsequent testing came as a result of a UK government client’s identifying the risks to the safety of their staff in vehicles when using these camera systems. This system is now the only fully accredited system and is now to be requirement of all government and law enforcement bodies”.
