The Specialist Operations Division of Pace Systems International is managed and staffed entirely by former senior members of the Government, Military and Police who have unrivalled experience throughout the world in the field of Surveillance of all types, including technical, TCSM, static, and mobile surveillance
The Specialist Operations Division offers a full portfolio of services to government and law enforcement clients throughout the UK, and Europe which will be accomplished with professionalism and absolute confidentiality.
Rigorous selection procedures and UK Government Security Clearances for each Surveillance Officer deployed on government agency or law enforcement operations is mandatory.
Surveillance
Surveillance operations, by their very nature, require the very highest degree of training, skill, and ingenuity whilst operating in covert scenarios.
All of our Surveillance Officers are former surveillance operatives from the police, military, or government agencies trained to the very highest level and classified as Level 1 operatives.
UK Government Security Clearances for each Surveillance Officer deployed on government agency or law enforcement operations is mandatory.
With their professional backgrounds in law enforcement, intelligence, and covert surveillance operations they are fully conversant with all matters relating to operational procedures, recording evidence and exhibit handling. They are also fully conversant with the applicable laws and procedures relating to surveillance operations, including RIPA, ECHR (Articles 6 & 8) and the Home Office guidelines to Covert Surveillance and Property Interference (Code of Practice), 2010.
Our surveillance teams have at their disposal a vast array of the technical equipment and communications required for all types of operations, designed and supplied by Pace Systems International Ltd
We are able to mount static and mobile operations for extended periods or deploy at short notice for our clients within the government agency or law enforcement sectors in the United Kingdom.
We also provide a protective surveillance service in high risk situations and for this service we are able to deploy with our own Close Protection team, all of whom are former members of law enforcement or military close protection teams.
Again UK Government Security Clearances for each Close Protection Officer deployed on government agency or law enforcement operations is mandatory.
Nationally Accredited, Level 1 Trained Surveillance Operatives
The organisation is currently inviting potential candidates to apply for these posts with a view to being considered for interview in the near future.

Applicants must be suitably qualified and experienced personnel with the appropriate qualifications, experience, and background for contract posts working within the UK, EU and/or overseas.
All applicants must have a Police/military/government/government agency background with a checkable history and should currently be vetted to SC level or above or be prepared to undergo SC vetting procedures.
It is a requirement that candidates will have passed an Accredited UK Level 1 Surveillance course and have experience in mobile, foot, and static covert surveillance work within the Police/Military/Government/Government agencies
Experience in CROPS work is desirable but not essential. Candidates must have undergone advanced driver training and be experienced in driving to advanced standards whilst carrying out surveillance operations
