During a distinguished military career in the Royal Signals working with a number of Special Forces Units, Steve established a reputation as one of the finest technical operators and innovators in the British Army. He was also recognised as one of the most outstanding experts in his field of advanced electronics, transmission systems, satellite transmissions and military communications. He has wide international experience in the private and corporate sectors in advanced electronic systems.

Following his military service Steve worked on wide ranging and secret defence projects for some of the worlds’ leading companies where he gained invaluable experience in the commercial world, where again he was recognised not only for his communications expertise, but for his computer aided design skills. In a two year contract in the Middle East leading a team of other skilled professionals, Steve brought his management and collaboration skills to the contract which ensured that the project came to a successful conclusion.

Steve was appointed as Technical Director of Pace Systems International in January 2013 and since that time has been solely responsible for the design of new products and complex strategies to assist our clients, not only in the government, law enforcement and military areas, but increasingly so with blue chip companies seeking innovative solutions to areas of concern.

Steve is a recognised expert in TSCM (Technical Surveillance Counter Measures) operations, and has been at the forefront of the design of our GPS Tracking Systems and designing innovative ‘Micro’ tracking systems for a range of blue chip clients here in the UK and overseas.

As Head of Research and Development at Pace Systems International, Steve has further refined his skills and is now responsible for all new product development and training internationally in electronic systems relating to Counter Terrorism.
